Welcome to the Toowoomba Art Society!

We are a vibrant hub for artists and art enthusiasts in Toowoomba and its surrounds. Established in 1925 as the Toowoomba Art Club, our society has a rich history of fostering creativity, providing expert guidance, and promoting the visual arts through engaging monthly meetings, lectures, and demonstrations.

Over the decades, our offerings have expanded to embrace a variety of artistic disciplines, from traditional painting and drawing to contemporary printmaking, art in bark, and bookmaking. At Culliford House, our purpose-built home on Godsall Street, we host two studios and two galleries—Culliford Gallery and the Corridor—where artists of all levels come together to learn, create, and exhibit.

With a full calendar of exhibitions, classes, and workshops, we invite you to explore our thriving art community, discover inspiring artworks, and perhaps even pick up a brush yourself.

How to Join

To join the Toowoomba Art Society (TAS), follow these simple steps:

4. Complete the Membership Form: After confirming your interest, you’ll need to fill out a membership form, which you can obtain from the group leader or download from our website.
